ELL AAR Institute(Unit of ELL AAR Memorial Education Trust Regd.) was established in 2002 by Dr. Harish Vashisht (the Founder) with full extensive support of Shri Ram Sawaroop Vashisht Educationist & our Chief Patron Dr. S.P. Dhir M.B.B.S. M.S.(Ophth.) was held various important posts in the Medical Sciences in Indea and abroad & retired from his services from Govt. Medical College & Hospital Chandigarh as Head of Deptt. (Ophthalmology).

ELL AAR Institute was established in the year 2002 in Panchkula (Haryana) to provide the medical Assistance for the health of the general public, which was lacking behind in the area, specially in the field of eye & Physiotherapy though free Medical check-up camps etc.
We are dedicated to uplift the rural persons in the society by providing them education above school and below school level and to create general awareness towards health specially that in an old age.
ELL AAR Institute which is centarly Air Conditioned, situated in the hub of educational city in the prominent Sector-11, Panchkula (Haryana). The Institute is having its training centre, & Centralized office at S.C.O. No 6, 2nd level, Sector-11 - Panchkula and is very famous in the area as School of Optometry &Physiotherapy.
ELL AAR Institute is a Unit of ELL AAR Memorial Educational trust Regd. under trust Registration No.1563 Registered in 2002 at the Register Office Panchkula (Haryana) for the purpose of running a school /college/training centre for giving education and training to young boya ang girls as well as adult in Health and Medical Science with opportunities for research.
The main Objectives for which the institute had been leading since its inception are :-

To organize , conduct short and long term training courses and programmes in para medical and related fields.
To raise education standards in the country in the para medical and related fields.
To conduct research activities , award , scholarship , prizes , award certificates of diploma & Degree.
To provide comapassionate and high quality eye care , medical facilities in Pathological laboratory , Medical at an affordable cost to all sectors of society , rural and urban.Impart Education through Open and Distance Education Mode.
To keep the fee srtructure of all the courses conducted by the institute as nominal , to help each sector of the society.
To provide financial relief in fee concessions to the poor and needy Students.
